Park/playing facilities etc. at Mauja Naggar Phati Zana Tehsil and District Kullu on the Kullu – Manali Road, Kullu, H.P. The proposed place is hardly 22 Km. from Manali on Kullu, Nagar Manali Road and hardly 25 Km. from Bhuntar Airport. These Villas and Flats will be sold to the people whether residing in or outside Himachal. The promoter company is headed by Mr. Maqsood Alam.
